Consulting Services:

We will answer your questions about the Internet and Internet services and provide the information you need in order to make an informed decision. If you are looking to add your first services, we will cut through all of the hype that computer and telecommunications companies are putting out so you know which issues will really affect your site. If you need information on new software, our staff is involved in beta testing the latest versions. We can provide as little or as much help as you need. 

Design and Development:

We don't stop once we help you reach a decision about your services. When you're ready to move ahead, we can help with installation, design, and development of services like World Wide Web sites, List servers, FTP/Gopher sites, RealAudio servers, and more. If you have qualified staff but need some help getting the work done in a hurry, we will work with your staff to meet the deadline. If you don't already have qualified staff, we can turn your ideas into a working site and help to train your staff in the process. SOS2000 can also help with maintenance down the road whether your server is hosted at our site or yours. 

Custom Programming:

Even if you plan to do the majority of the site development in-house, we can provide custom programming services for the more difficult features such as user-tracking databases, randomly changing pages, automated file conversion, and linking to specialty software. Whatever the need, if you can't find how to do it or don't want to spend weeks looking for a solution, we can provide one for you. 

Marketing:

Even the best designed site will get very little traffic if it isn't promoted properly. Merely adding the site name to lists like Yahoo and Webcrawler may not be enough, especially if you have a specific customer group in mind. We will help you develop an entire campaign for promoting your new Internet services so you will reach the people who need your services the most. 

Training:

We provide training in all areas of the Internet, from beginner courses on how to connect to advanced training in server management and site development. We can train your staff so they make the most effective use of your new services. If you want help with new technologies, we can provide courses for groups of any size from 3 to 300. 

The Small Business Group:

The SOS2000 Small Business packages are designed to give specialized and tailored Internet Solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. The solutions we offer would let businesses "test the waters" of the Internet with an affordable World Wide Web presence.
