If, during the product warranty period, SOS2000 is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair your CPU (CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT) to a condition as warranted, SOS2000 Computer Systems will at it's option replace the entire system with an equal or greater value system or replace the major components of the system.

SOS2000 warrants  the hardware, that was originally installed at the time of purchase.  Operating system re-installatation, program, and data are the responsibility of the end-user.  Applicable service charges are added for re-installation of operating systems, programs, and data.  SOS2000 holds no responsbility for any operating systems, programs, or data.

Additional internal/external items added to the system after the original purchase date that cause hardware or software problems are the responsibilty of the end-user.

On-site service is offered as a standard option for any company, individual within a 50-mile radius of SOS2000 Computer Systems main office.  Depot service with cross-shipment of parts is included for any system outside the 50-mile radius.

Acts of God, natural disasters, war, or civil disobedience that results in the damage of the system are not covered under this warranty.
